a year agoMy experience at this golf store was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I went in looking to buy some new golf clothes and found an outfit I liked on the rack. However, my visit was overshadowed by a group of Korean women who acted as though they owned the store, monopolizing the fitting room for what felt like an eternity. Despite waiting patiently in line, these women showed no consideration for others, trying on multiple outfits consecutively and ignoring the store's policy of three items per person. When I politely asked if I could use the fitting room quickly, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. One woman even suggested I try on a dress over the shirt I was already wearing, which was absurd and unhelpful. Throughout this ordeal, the Korean store owner did nothing to manage the situation or enforce any fairness for other customers. Only after a long wait did I finally get a chance to use the fitting room, and even then, I was rushed out because the store was closing. To make matters worse, as I was changing back into my own clothes, the owner knocked on the door, pressuring me to hurry up. It's incredibly disrespectful to first deny a customer access to a shared public space like the fitting room and then rush them out once it becomes available. This experience has left a sour taste, and I will not be returning to this store. If they wish to succeed, they need to prioritize basic customer respect and equality for all patrons.

11 months agoDishonest club tech. Went to regrip my sons new set of irons. Was quoted 17 dollar per grip, installation included. Came back 30 minutes later to pick the clubs up and he changed the price to 18! Even my 13 year old son was shocked at the guys dishonesty

2 years agoNice play to practice and play a quick 9 holes. FYI if you want to keep your day a good one, don’t call the golf shop. I called and asked about getting an iron reshafted and the older Korean gentleman just straight up hung up the phone… I get it, maybe I called the wrong section but straight up hanging up the phone. Come on haha what did I do? Did my question really offend you so much that you decided to hang up as a rep of the establishment? Tbh it’s just better to consider this a place where the business makes good money so they don’t give a chunky divot about the customers. Most of the young kids working at the pro shop are nice and polite.

5 years agoI enjoy playing this course. Been going here for a few months. However, the course employees are limited in their ability to keep the course running smoothly. Large groups keep everyone behind them waiting for hours. They offer no refunds or compensation for their lack of control.
